Advanced entries are preferred, but not required. Walk-ins are accepted no later than 30 minutes prior to start time. MAXIMUM of 32 Teams per squad time.

1st Place $300.00, 2nd Place $200.00 and 3rd Place $100.00 . Additional scholarships will be issued on a 1-10 basis, minimum scholarship amount issued will be no less than entry fee paid.

             12th Annual Deloris Webb Memorial Adult Youth Doubles Bowling Tournament
RULES AND FORMAT
1. This tournament is sanctioned by the USBC and the ISUSBCYA and shall be governed by the rules of USBC; USBCYA rule 400 will apply to both Youth and Adult.
2. This will be a unisex tournament, male & female, male & male, or female & female
3. This tournament is open to any USBC Certified Adult Bowler. Must use highest 2017–2018 USBC certified average.
This tournament is open to any; 2017-2018 certified Youth Bowler.
4. This tournament will use Highest 2017-2018 certified season ending average for 12 games or more for both Adult and Youth bowler. Anyone without a 2017-2018 certified season ending average may use highest current certified average for 12 games or more at time of bowling State Adult/Youth tournament. Bowlers, both Adult and Youth, who’s average at the time of bowling in the Adult/Youth tournament with an average on 12 games or over and is 10 pins or more higher than the season ending average, must use the higher average. Averages must be verified by a standing sheet at the time of bowling. Bowlers using an incorrect average will result in their score being disqualified and any winnings being forfeited.
A) Rule 310d and 319e will be waived
5. Handicap will be based on 100% of 220 averages.
6. There will be two (2) divisions. Team 325 and under and 326 and above.
7. All bowlers will bowl 3 games.
8. This tournament will consist of a 2 member doubles team even (1 Adult and 1 Youth Bowler).
A) Bowlers may bowl additional times in this tournament, provided they bowl with different partners.
B) Adults may bowl with multiple youth at the same time, entry fee remains the same.
9. All bowlers must wear suitable attire. No clothing with offensive writing, alcohol or tobacco products.
A) No alcoholic beverages will be served or consumed by Adult bowlers while bowling in this Tournament. Smoking or VAPING is PROHIBITIED during this tournament.
10. Bowlers will be allowed 10 minute of practice on starting lanes before their squad starts.
11. A bowler arriving late shall begin play and the score shall count beginning with the frame which is being bowled. Frames missed shall be credited with a zero. A bowler not present and ready to bowl when it is his/her turn will be credited with a zero for that frame.
12. Only bowlers and Tournament Officials shall be permitted in the settee area during competition.
13. Claims for errors in scoring or general playing rules must be made to the Tournament Director no later than 30 minutes after completion of the tournament. Questionable errors shall be decided upon by the Tournament Director within 48 hours or before the awards are given out. Each protest under this rule must be specific in itself.
14. Scholarships will be given in both Divisions to Youth Bowlers only.
15. Symbolic awards will be given to Adult and Youth bowlers. Awards will be returned 100 % to bowlers based on a 1 for 10 entries. Ties will be given the same award including scholarships if issued.
A) Scholarships will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place to youth bowlers only, in both divisions. Addition scholarships may be awarded based on number of entries received.
16. ENTRY FEE must be sent with entry. WALK-IN’s ARE ANY ENTRY RECEIVED AFTER 4pm ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. A $20.00 LATE ENTRY FEE WILL BE ADDED TO THE ENTRY FEE. No On-Line Entries Accepted Day of Event.

Walk-in entries will be accepted on a first come first basis each week no later than 1/2 hour prior to posted start time. Final entries close April 21, 2018
17. In consideration of ISUSBCYA conducting and Adult/Youth Tournament release ISUSBCYA and USBC from any and all liability for any injury or accident involving entrant as a result of entrant participating therein.
18. All matters not covered by these rules and regulations shall be determined by the Indiana State USBCYA TOURNAMETN COMMITTEE and the USBC.
19. Scholarships will be administered by the ISUSBCYA with funds being sent to the SMART Program under account #9991 at the United States Bowling Congress Office in Arlington, TX.
20. In case of center equipment failure or delay, the tournament director will make the decision according to USBC rule 327c. If by war, fire, tornado, gas shortage, water damage, labor strikes, epidemic, etc. an Act of God, it becomes impossible to conduct or complete this tournament, as publicized. There shall be no further liability of the Deloris Webb Memorial Adult Youth Doubles Bowling Tournament to entrants.

ALL BOWLERS MUST HAVE COPY OF RECEIPT IF PRE-PAID, CURRENT STANDING SHEET MUST BE PROVIDED OR YOUR TEAM WILL BOWL WITH A SCRATCH SCORE
